In Memory of Jerry O’Meara;
Gerald O’Meara was a counselor at Rosemount High School for 30 years and continued to substitute at RHS for an additional 20 years following his retirement, impacting hundreds of students through the years. Jerry was a 1953 graduate from McKinley High school in Le Center, obtained a bachelor’s degree from Mankato State, and a master’s degree from Winona State. His former students wish to honor his memory by establishing a fund in his name that will continue to positively impact the lives of RHS students. The Rosemount High School Foundation is proud to be a partner in this effort and will assist in the allocation of the funds to Teacher/Counselor Grants and Student Scholarships in his name.
